Preface

Have you ever watched The Matrix (1999)?  What did you think of those billions of people going about their lives each day plugged into an illusion?  Did it ever cross your mind you might be one of them?  I walked out of the movie identifying more with the hero Neo than with the crowds still hooked in.  Outside I found my bike was gone.  As it turns out that was not the only thing I was missing.

It is possible that you, me, and 8 billion others live in an illusion so pervasive it is hard to see?  What if the discord you feel in the world is the direct result of living this lie? What if the challenges to health, relationships and finances are also expressions of this illusion?
